The Institute of General Practice is dedicated to undergraduate and postgraduate medical education and advancing primary care research.

Our research focuses on integrating medical, psychological, and sociocultural aspects of illness and prevention in primary care. Central to our work are the doctor-patient relationship and its continuity, emphasizing a patient-centered approach and the implementation of clinical evidence. Through these efforts, we contribute to enhancing primary health care at regional, national, and international levels.
